As I watch the bloodbath I noticed something really strange. Four out of 5 of the biggest POSITIVE movers in the S&P today are Energy companies. In order #1 Occidental Petroleum, #3 Coterra Energy, #4 Conoco Phillipps and #5 Pioneer Natural Resources.

Anyone care to explain what the American Whales know that we don't?

Worry about a special Singh/Trudeau tax tomorrow is what I'd guess at. The US companies were facing the music this morning with Congress and came away unscathed.
