While it may not have been "promised" and to what degree, the previous investor reports definately said "combination" and even in the call transcripts they very much, imo, suggested divi combo was near term once hitting the debt to ebitda ratio of 1. something... think it was around $800M debt mark

I have each monthly going back to March. The phrase in the deck is identical. At 800 we'll consider additional steps for shareholder returns. They'd announced the buyback starting at 1.2 debt at that point. I also have November. It says between 2022 - 2025 we'll consider steps to enhance shareholder returns potentially including buybacks and dividends. They hadn't announced a ...more

Appreciate you checking JohhyDoe.  If i recall in the charts/graphics they include the potential dividend  marker with buybacks as a % of FCF.  So I guess for them to just come out and remove that entirely is my issue i guess.  To me it says they should have better articulated at that time what the plan is.  Is it both divis and buybacks, or just buybacks.  They ...more
