Lee/Bogi, patience is a virtue

First some don't have the risk tolerance. Second some might have the risk tolerance but shouldn't.

BTE is up 43% after today YTD better than all my safe money

Right now it is true retail is getting wiped

Right now it is true someone is buying. Anonymous buy volume was 3+ million today

I have seen it so many times over the several decades. Retail gets impatient and institutions/hedges fill the gaps through sentiment shifting

A year ago I started posting and if you recall my first subject was sentiment. Why? Because this is the big tool and very powerful.

So yes some will leave. Some will arrive just like passengers on a plane.

In the market net house summary at the bottom always shows zero. That's because for every buyer you have a seller...and every seller has a buyer.

In the middle you have the noisemakers

True always different flight in many different sectors if you miss the energy trade.

You know what's crazy tho BSW? I've been around since 2016 and I remember buying BTE in the $8's and over the years all the way down at $0.38 cents or whatever it was. BTE made it to $9 in 2022.  A 6 year timeline and much longer for those unfortunate souls who have been waiting since 2014 or earlier. It could be argued that anyone who did not sell by now has actually missed the ...more

Snow, not going to engage in this rabbit hole back and forth I get it and your position and agree to disagree on certain things. Good luck

Ha! Likewise no worries.  Was just responding to your points and putting them into context from my viewpoint.  I'm happy your happy holding and I'm happy your happy that I trade.  I enjoy the philosophical discussion about ideas of holding stocks vs trading them, taking profit and opportunity costs and timing. You're always a good sport and I appreciate the banter ...more
