@ marketsense - Plenty of mistakes made by the Democrats on the fiscal side too.  Covid stimulus bills and post covid spending pumped way too much money into the economy.  And if the politicians didn't know that pumping a trillion plus dollars into the economy wouldn't be inflationary they should have because economic modeling can predict what will happen.  Probably going to

I'm sure Powell is smiling but Biden is still whining , today he called on "oil" companies to lower gas prices , NOW !!!!  That might be better directed to Valero or to BP who had fires at 2 different refineries in the past month . Gas and distilates are down because government regulations made it too difficult to upgrade refineries rather than close them
