The US federal government is manipulating wti oil price

Every night the price of wti rises just like last night. At 4:16 am eastern time this morning oil rose to 85.31 per barrel. Next oil starts it's daily decline in a straight down vertical line to present price of 83.50. It does this most every day usually between 5 am to 9am Eastern. I really think the Bidon admin. Is controlling the price.
