Russia will not sell oil to any country participating in this schem. Reading between the lines.. me thinks they wont sell ANY oil and will turn off the pipelines to Europe..

Honestly does any of matter? Russian oil will still find its way to the market as India, China and Japan have no problem buying it and funding the deaths of the Ukrainian people. They're all scum.

As we see the Ukraine was an excuse for the war, the real war is about the OIL, this is pretty clear. And for money the USA can do anything inluding kill the people, they dont care , just look Guantanamo, Obama was supposed to close this and today still going on. And nobody like Trudope and Gilllbo talking about that, why??? humans right etc....
