More sage advice from our resident CBO (Chief Bagholding Officer)! If our CBO had sold his 250K risk free shares 32 trading days ago he would be able to buy 666,666 shares at his $3 mortgage the house price. If our CBO had sold his 250K risk free shares 13 trading days ago he would be able to buy 583,333 shares at his $3 mortgage the house price. If he wasn't so busy being the CBO there would be no reason to even think about mortgaging the house at any price.....
