Fairness

Biden and Europe had no problem targeting oil & gas for excessive profits and profiteering from the Russian Ukrainian conflict but has not a word to say about
the excessive profits and greed of the food industry.  Where is the outcry when
food prices have more than doubled and stayed high despite a cliff like drop in
energy prices?

Weren't we told that high energy prices was the culprit behind the inflation numbers
and once they came down life would be better.  Another one of those inconvenient
turths that don't quite add up.  I guess food is considered green therefore it gets a
pass.  Tell that one to the poor seniors and others who have to cut back on eating
because they can't afford what they used to.  Biden and Trudeau should stand in
lines at the check out and see people putting aside items that they can't pay for.

Watch the video about the dairy farmer forced to dump 30,000 litres of milk.   Anyone see the story of the just now closed vaccine plant in Quebec that Trudeau had invested $173 million in back in 2020?   This government is destroying Canada.

And more..... of $211 Billion paid out by CERB (Canada Emergency Response Benefit) paid to recipients,  $4.6 Billion went to inelligible individuals and a further $27.4Billion warrant more investigation.  49 Federal employees who worked for CERB claimed the benefit for themselves and were fired for being again,  inelligible.  We are talking Billions here folks but Trudeau is ...more

For those who feel I'm pushing this too hard,  ignore me and I'm ok with it but I have more to say about CERB.   For those who were genuinely impacted by the pandemic those benefits were truly needed and a godsend but when you have inelligible gov't employees freely dipping in and others as well to the tune of $27.4B,  well that shows how incompetent and how out of ...more

Somehow someway we all must find a way to convince Liberal and NDP supporters that they must change their minds and vote Consevative. Today the powers that be speak about how tough it will be to give money to health care due to high interest rates and inflation. The chest is empty. If we spend they say we might create more inflation and even higher interest rates. And yet certain groups here ...more

Idk what the answer is to our situation. Harper coined the phrase "energy super power" yet nothing ever really got done under his leadership. Certainly no pipelines. The turning point for our oil and gas industry is more indigenous cooperation as opposed to opposition. What we need is a government that is not almost solely focused on climate change at the expense of everything else. I ...more

Never underestimate the idiocy of the GTA and other Cidiot voters.  They've re-elected Trudeau twice and also made sure his lap dog Singh is there to keep him in power.  And now they want to game the system with more mail-in ballots.    I too contemplate moving out of country.

Funny part was I got laid off at the end of the season farming and only got paid my regular E.I. Period. Lol sucks to work 1,500 hours hard and don't even get paid out for CERB at all. Now that is funny.

We shouldnt allow governments or the media to get away with scapegoating ANY industry for rising prices. The source of inflation is governments and central planners and they need to be held to account.
