Baytex takeover

I made statements about Baytex last week and was called many things , shorter , pumper , clown , ect ,ect . I said that something just doesn't add up . Seems to me that others knew about the deal coming and they bailed . Baytex debt will be almost 3.5 BILLION , how's that for enhancing shareholders value and returns. If this stock tanks tomorrow then the streets answer is obviously negative . Let's see if the US markets will be calling the shots or the weak knees of the TSX.

This may finally get me over the strange addiction I've had to BTE for so many years. This could finally be goodbye lol. Like a weight lifted off my shoulders haha it's been a grind over the years, or as Cobalt calls it "the widow maker" or something like that lol.

Probably 9 months away from the recession in that case this could really tank then. I'll pick it up when it is priced to go under again LOL

Even though I don't like this deal to happen, but the debt will not be $3.5B, it will be $987M + $600M + the amount BTE will offer as cash to the deal. All transactions will not be paid in cash, but there will be a dilution to us BTE shareholders.
