Who cares….

Pay down debt as fast as possible and buy back the cheap shares ....even a 6 %  div is nothing ..compared to a 6% buy back ...that's because buy backs compound ...

I agree.  The NAV of their assets is 2x the current share price.  BTE shoudl use every penny of FCF to buy more stock.  If one believes in the price of oil holding up at these levels or higher you are essentially making 100% on every dollar spent on buybacks.   The dividend should not be the priority at this price level.
