API reports huge build, are Nuttals meaningful draws in 2nd half 2023 gonna show up soon or did he mean another 2nd half? On another note, anyone notice the "oil companies are done with piling up debt and diluting shares for M&A /to ramp up production, they are dedicated to their shareholders this time" is completely out the window now.
