Cobalt,Indeed During Trump's Dynasty Oil Was Pouring Out Of The Shale But Not So Much Anymore, With The Different Drilling Techniques I Think They're Close To Sucking It Dry. ------------------------------------------------------ .....And Then They Will Start Up The Keystone Pipeline Again.
