These INSTITUTIONS are just...
WOW! I've never seen them violate one of their "rules". Not even by 1%. See... their WEAKNESS is this... If they VIOLATE their RULES even by 1%, the whole stock chart goes out of whack (out of HARMONICS), then the consequences to repair the harmonics can get quite ugly... Which is why they will always stick to their "rules"... It's like when you're trying to break glass with sound, even if the tone is off by a few Hz, the tone becomes "ineffective"...
