a very good and long overdue message, but ....

a very good and long overdue message, but ....The firing of Tergesen is good news, but it should have happened latest in the second year after the deal with ADM. Now he has 3 million more shares without having achieved anything for the company and the shareholders and Burcon has been overtaken by competitors and the market in almost all areas. Tergesen leaving Burco also indicates that another JV has failed and that no positive news can be expected from Merit either. Otherwise, this would certainly have been announced in the context of good news. The fact that a successor was not immediately appointed does not sound positive either. Burcon seems headless with and without Tergesen.
