they have been sooooooo quiet last weeks - i am sure there is something coming
sp rising reflects that (esp. 1 million shares at NDX)
every Insider has an uncle or other related persons so their trading is not documented

The company needs to show a qualified new CEO, good numbers for Merit or a new joint venture before the sp will make a move up which can be taken seriously.
