You are right about incoming announcements. If they finally appens, SP will not only rise, they will explode. Could you explain why there any insider buying at 50 cents a share at this stage !?

I see parallels with 2018/19. There was no insider buying then either. I bought then. Unfortunately missed selling at the right time.

you are right - and we saw coming a big one.... perhaps an overtake is very near... reread this So, Bunge has the right to buyout the other Merit partners, who own ~40% of the JV, under certain conditions through a call option. As per above, the "principal intended trigger for the vesting of the Call Option is based on the completion, commissioning and demonstrated growth of Merit's

Humm ... an overtake soon ? Is it why BU is so violently manipulated on the downside by robot computing patern, the use of  other stock exchanges to hide real volume, etc. Each dollar represent 100M$ saving. Maybe this stock worth already 20.22 $  anticipating one or more joint ventures with major, improving production at Merit.
