guess what i have learned

It is BXO management that solicited to be bought at basemant bargain price
  And after talking to high nangement today  .  
 here is what he said "  if yyou beleive oil will go up""

   i can smell a scam like that,  The guy was telling me oil will never go up again.

  The sell of BXO is a non respect of their shreholders.  A scam , a rip off or simply cowardness.
 Most compnaies lives for their shareholders,  BXO only lives for themselves,/

I am frustrated to be selling at such a low price as well. To me it doesn't make sense why the board would be selling near the bottom. Financially they are not as distressed as others in the industry and oil seems to have hit near bottom. However, dodoreveil, I do not see how the board of directors win in this situation either. +1. I remember that comment. As this was going down from peak, they were buying. In net they are making loss and substantial one. I doubt that it was sweetheart deal... If Martin leaves in next 6 months and starts something else, i@ll doubt this deal was his idea. Majority of buys in last days was an analyst. I am sure he@ll be in trouble as it is insider information based action. (family trust ...more

They were just going thru low price of oil like any company. Forget the name Martin. You seem to think only by him.  Those executives at BXO do not respect investors,. I talked to one this week. What a phony and a thief.      They went to ARC to offer to be bought out.    I asked did you go to public companies so shares be transfered,  He said no.     ...more

You got it right,    Why go sell at the bottom? That deal is a rip off of the investors money   Never did i hear excutives would take salaries cut -off  or reduce numbers of excutives,
