A great SHORT opportunity
Only growing by buying low profit commodified shops in a commodified industry. Trading at a rediculous 30 to 65 times earnings. A tangible book value of only about $17 per share.
Short this and pairs trade it against NWHM in the US (just crossed it 150 and 200 day MA

Thanks pennydredful. It has been a decent pairs trade so far. NWHM earnings are out tommorow before market. Hoping my thesis still holds, but as we all know the market can be a fickle mistress. Cheers, Notgnu

Yes it reminds me of a girlfriend I had with Borderline Personality Disorder a not too distant cousin of Narcissim.
