Anticipation of Q3

Anticipation of Q3Stock has moved up $0.90 since announcng the Q3 result date.  Big move.  Q3 is usually a very good quarter in this industry,  Q2 was 0.18 and analysts concensus is 0.22 for Q3.  I think they should beat this by a long shot.  Additionally, there could be a big payoff in the future from court case about BC stadium.  Canam previously wrote off +/- 50M on this project but could see 10 to 15 M come back their way if they get 50% award on +/- $30M suit.  Thats another 0.30 / share.  Might be time to start thinkking about paying a dividend.  If not this quarter, at least in Q1 of next year. Shareholders should be entitled to some income off of good performances.
