Tax loss selling ??? I could be wrong but this morning selling looks like tax loss selling.
I took advantage to add to my position just below $9
I am crossing my fingers that we do not get another big surprise on the cost side of their
big projects.
At these levels,it is starting to get compelling on a fondamental basis.
Only time will tell.
