To my fellow shareholders... Apparently our GEM has a new company that just started trading last week. Castle Peak (CAP). The Company holds a strategic land package in the Ashanti belt adjacent to several producing gold mines in Ghana, West Africa. The Ashanti belt is known as one of the most prolific gold belts in the world with over 150 million proven ounces uncovered and current investment in excess of $2.5 B USD. There 5 operating mines and over 70 million ounces of proven reserves within 100km of there property. Some of these big names include Newmont, AngloGold Ashanti, and Golden Star. Castle Peak has sama management, board and advisors as CAN and they just raised $8 mill and they have a 15000m drill program starting in June. From what I understand the property has already had some work done and artisinal miners have been pulling out chunks grading over 13 gpt. I think people are trying to keep a lid on this one as it does not tarde very much and there is not alot of stock available. These guys obviously know what they are doing and if this was my new baby I wouldnt want to tell the world either. As always, we are encouraged to do our own DD... but in my opinion this one is a no brainer.
