RE: Is this why no buying or selling?

RE: Is this why no buying or selling?

You could easily assume why no insider buying has taken place when it looked obvious to us they should have. How many times did we ask, "What is wrong here that we don't know about?"  So now the obvious, what else do we not know?  Would these deletions (immaterial results) have interfered with any of the financing? Was Dan Earle aware of this? Were the funds aware of this ongoing dispute and when did they find out relative to them dumping their inventory. Was TD's Dan Earle and his fund customers complicit . Will there be action against TD and the Funds to retrive some of the money lost by the retail investor.

The question you need to ask yourself is, "Had I known about this problem with the BCSC would you have held on or unloaded your shares at an arguably higher price like the funds have?"

Of course they are going to fight this . If they are found guilty of manipulating the markets you could see class action activity in a hurry. The problem is if they lose can you collect from a stone?  I'm waiting to hear more information but I hope this is not what it looks like. Their Chinese connection may need to come in and buy this out a 100% at a fair price so the legal fairness is restored. Also what will the markets do to the price tomorrow and going forward. Who will compensate us for that or are we all expected to dump our shares for whatever we can get?
