RE: Is this why no buying or selling? Randy Smallwood resigned from the board with no official NR. Could it be related to this investigation? or is this just one of the reasons. I guess they could not go for a TSX listing while had been put on notice by the BCSC. Did management mention to anyone that they were under a blackout? I am sure someone would have asked them why they were not buying when the SP was so low. They must have p*ssed someone off to get investigated. There are Venture companies doing a lot worse things and seemingly not getting investigated. I keep thinking of the saying "where there's smoke there's fire." I hope not. ALL IMHO
