Question The fact that Lock resigned from the Board, does this mean that he no longer is considered an insider? It is my understanding that he gives up any claim to Options assigned while an insider, is this true? Personally there were no tears with his resignation. The optics of his insider trading did nothing to move the share price forward.
I wonder who the CIBC seller is and whether he/she will be around come Monday.
Hopefully we will start seeing some results soon from the partnership.
