The stock also finished well above your short of $37.47.  Does that not tell you something about your technical analysis abilities?  

Noting that the issue closed well below its high is a mute point when you are under water by well over 5 bucks a share.  You are also responsible for the dividend payments. A double whammy for you.

The above points carry a financial loss to you.  Closing below its new high is of no significance whatsoever.  A completely lame excuse on your part as you totally fail to grasp reality.
