They have also renewed their NCIB for 10% of share account which started I believe on 25 March...  so at these prices, I would expect them  just going to continue to keep buying back what ...more

Car.un has been doing lots of buyback at these low prices... I believe they will definitely continue to buy back as much as possible anywhere under $40 which is a great price to buy at for a long ...more

No one likes apart reits….

This sector is hated ... only 3 apart reits bought out / taking private last year...   still one one cares... its the fact that NAV.   On these apart is in reality, very close to their real ...more

The average rent in Canada fell to a 33-month low in February, marking the 17th consecutive month of declines, a new report says. Sooner or later this becomes more investable ; not there yet IMO
