-  is on sale...

this is a large / safe / apartment reit.

crazy to me that it's on such a sale considering most of their properties aren't even at market rents. 

they have so many levers to pull and are going to be buying back their shares. I say it's a screaming by at this current price under $ 43. 

seems like people don't invest they just follow the trends up or down crazy to me.
