  1. As you have correctly pointed out in the past, the investment in Boralex is very liquid; it can generate over $ 250 million in a very short time and its proceeds would go a long way towards reducing the debt level, if management decided to follow this route or if it were forced to do it.
  2. Yes they operate in a commodity sector and cannot control the prices of their products and some of their input costs. However, many companies in the same sectors trade at 10 times P/E or higher.
  3. Yes, they are exposed to price pressure from growing supplies.
