It is an article in Tappi (a reputable pulp and paper trade journal) which says that Cascades is going to invest 275 million dollars in a newsprint mill in Virginia. It sounds odd to the point of being incredible. Nobody would invest in newsprint these days and Cascades (which is not into newsprint at all) has not made any announcement regarding this investment. Anybody here has any insights?
