It provides a range of Internet, video and phone services primarily to residential customers and business services across their coverage areas.

CRTC's Ruling

Looks like the Middle ground regulatory solution, the HMNO model promoted by Cogeco Inc., has been adopted by the CRTC as the basic framework for the future of mobile and wireless networks competition in the future. Am I wrong?
