spot price

spot priceon the Kitco site, spot U308 is fetching $36.50, Seems like nobody is willing to bet there will be a resurgence in nuclear generation in the near future. I have been holding CCO for a long time and can't believe this low level of interest in this industry. I live in southern BC and we have been burning up for the last month, it has been over 34 degrees celcius, there are forest fires everywhere and we have at least 3 months left in our "dry" season. Lake levels in Arizona that impound the Colorado River are down 100 feet and there is talk of eliminating one of them to save water currently being evaporated away. Climate change is a real thing in the western areas of North America and while not everybody supports nuclear, something serious needs to be done to mitigate the effects of rising temperatures and changing weather patterns. Our province has already spent its entire fire fighting budget and we are only 1/4 the way through fire season.
