RE: Niko Likes Indonesia as Well

RE: Niko Likes Indonesia as WellThat's a long way away.  CEN's interests are in Thailand...

However, Pan Orient (another Thai producer) just farmed into Indonesia and has a potential block buster well coming up in the very near future.  It was drilled but never completed as the former owner ran out of cash and the rig operator pulled off the hole.  Indonesia has worse fiscal terms, but is apparently a lot more prospective - Thailand has been picked over.

Serica Energy is in Indonesia (and the North Sea) and bringing on their Kambuna field in Q1 - they are another great value play that is trading close to cash value and about half the price in which their partner offered to buy them a few weeks ago.   Most of their revenues are coming from nat gas at locked in prices with yearly escalation costs.  They also have some condensate that gives them big leverage to oil prices.
