As for the scam comment, it was more perjorative than I meant.  I was pleased at the relatively low dilution, the relatively good price (vs recent prices over the last few months) and the fact they got a Bought Deal done without warrants. 

However, I am convinced that the share price was artificially capped despite the excellent reserve news that was recently released - on the back of the increased reserve numbers, RBC raised their target ~60%, yet the share price didn't budge even with a buoyant market and the strongest oil prices since last November...

That gripe aside, I'm looking forward to a significantly higher share price in both the near and long term.  With any decent drilling success, CEN is a double digit stock - a triple from current levels.
