Yikes! Downgrades on CEN

Yikes! Downgrades on CEN

I am new to this stock and only a few weeks ago was thinking of buying it.  Now that their earnings are out and they missed the estimates and for this quarter the stock has been downgraded from 51 to 36 cents I'm not sure if now is a good time to get in.  Any thoughts.  Is it a good time to buy?
