that was the company news ... 2 insiders exercised 185000 options at 3.94 and sold 185000 shares at open market at market price ...  is not that hard to understand, and is not uncommon to see insiders selling from time to time  ... 

by the way, my target for CEN is 20 dollars in few more weeks ...
