far between, but I am always impressed by those who do have the expertise.
Re Ceu and the more productice drilling rigs. To me if these rigs are drilling wells a lot faster they are drilling more feet per day, and thus require more fluilds per day. I.e if a 2 mile horizontal, took 20 days to drill last year. But now takes ten, each drill rig uses more fluids each day. But on the other hand because of this better productivity there are less drills working. I guess the question is not the number of rigs working, but the number and lenght of the wells being drilled over the couse of a year. i.e i3000 miles worth of horizontal feet drilled in a basin vs 2000 miles of lateral feet.
