Yikes. This is a stirred up hornets nest. A few observations

I had been expecting a bit of a lull around $2.00 but I guess it came early.  Normal supply/demand interactions are distorted by the lack of vision, clarity, and tendency to make excuses.  ...more

RJ increased prices in the sector. CFF at $2.25, from $1.75

I haven't read the report, but this is likely the first of many.  Some of these guys are slow and are sitting on targets 10-15% away from being hit (like the Scotiabank guy).
