It operates a 36-megawatt biomass power generation plant in Mackenzie, British Columbia (the Power Plant), located at the site of its Mackenzie Mill. Its Power Plant's output capacity is in excess of 230 gigawatt hours (GWh) of electricity per year.

$3 is true as best as I can deduce financially/empirically.  Based on $100/MFBM lumber (falling BC log costs; rising lumber prices) I get an easy $3.62 per share at a conservative 5x multiple for lumber and 10x for power.  If Bozo the Clown hadn't diluted the sharebase by nearly two-fold well that would be a lot better but the bagholder is the retail bros and also Blue Wolf so they will start thowing elbows soon I hope.
