RE:Q3 run rate I beleive it's full bore on 2 shifts.
If they have the fibre (no fires yet) it's all clear to run OT on weekends. They'll de-bottleneck whatever the weak point is with weekend OT both days in this pricing environment. It helps the poor workers too make up some lost ground on the paycheque front.
The thing is rated for 240 MMFBM on 2 shifts, so I'd be shocked if they didn't hammer out a 60 MMFBM in Q3. Ask Neeser though to validate perhaps.
