RE:RE:WTO RulingYep, they really had no choice but to sell their claims.... CFF needed the cash at the time. Futures were definitely weird... hit limits and then dropped, and back up. These prices are definitely not sustainable or can continually go up, but even if they stay in the 700's and go sideways, lumber companies are making money hand over fist.
Price may be down today, but long-term you have to consider the amount of cash they are generating. With no debt and a big pile of cash, there is no disputing the value at that point.
