RE:Hamir Patel boosts Target

RE:Hamir Patel boosts Target  Good catch.  Raymond James also revised the target to $2.50 as well.  RBC's the same.

https://www.raymondjames.ca/branches/premium/pdfs/grr.pdf

These guys did this around ~$1.50, and they seem to be comfortable with +60% targets in rising environments, so the next batch of targets likely kicks off around $2.00 and might be in the ballpark of $3.20 or so.

The execution risk is mixed.  The mill is proven and is likely going strong for the Q4 report.  Reducing the tariff is material given the Canadian operation, and sometime soon they move to a better quality fibre diet.  That does the obvious -- improve your grades and therefore pricing -- but also drives efficiently.  Less cases of logs breaking up or getting jammed and shutting down sawlines, less swept or crooked input logs that don't handle well, and less headache overall.   On the other hand, the power issue might give some pause, but by and large, that's a proven facility so it shouldn't be too big a deal.
