The Company produces lumber products and renewable energy from its sawmill and bioenergy plant in Mackenzie, British Columbia. Its lumber products are sold in the United States, Canadian and Japanese markets. It also produces bioenergy at its power generation facility at Mackenzie, British Columbia. Its lumber products include J-GRADE, 2 AND BETTER, SELECT, STUDS, ECONOMY and 3. The Company operates a two-line sawmill in Mackenzie, British Columbia (the Mackenzie Mill). Its Mackenzie Mill has approximately 240 million board feet of annual lumber capacity on a two-shift basis. It operates a 36-megawatt biomass power generation plant in Mackenzie, British Columbia (the Power Plant), located at the site of its Mackenzie Mill. Its Power Plant's output capacity is in excess of 230 gigawatt hours (GWh) of electricity per year.

RE:There's 46.08 million shares today.There are a few errors with your post. I believe there is 46,114,600 shares outstanding today because it is noted in the annual financial report that there were 46,453,000 shares outstanding as of December 31, 2020. I'm under the impression that the 584,400 shares bought in December were factored into that report since the last purchase was made on the 31st of December. Fast forward to today, 338,400 more shares were bought in March ranging from 1.70 to 1.90 so there should be 46.1 million shares now. Also David Roberts acquired shares in on March 5th so that was early March not late March.
