Another worry wall went up today.  I've fallen for that trick before, only to sell and see the share price climb so rapidly you can't get back in fast enough.

Sorry if I'm wrong. (just started stock trading 7 weeks ago and I'm not short). Does this mean that mr. Shields sold 150k shares as an insider?  Sorry for stupid quesion, I'm just learning

You are correct, it doesn't mean much even if he sold.  I've seen a few other companies recently where execs have exercised rights and then sold shares for just over double what they purchased them for... they're just pocketing cash.   I've seen the opposite as well, Execs buying shares only to sell them for half as much. I try not to read into individual purhcases ...more
