All the howlng from me on dividends is one thing, but maybe we just cash this thing out.  If you see Ken out there putting a new coat of paint on the fence it can only mean one thing...

Wouldn't that be great! I like the price action overall this week since the 1.20s was cleared. Nice finish at day end - the dips were bought.  I think more people will this company as now operating full capacity in a very healthy lumber market, extremely undervalued.  Lumber futures 625 into January. All contracts were limit up today. March limit up to 581. Housing starts ...more

Yeah, we are seeing some good consolidation and new buyers in at the $1.50 level.  Just a matter of time before it makes another leg up as there should be very little resistance after the $1.40-$1.50 level until arond $3.00.   Why?   No volume still...  volume can propel this stock into the statosphere if it happens. Nice.  I cannot emphasize enough how excellent Norbord is.  The incoming special dividend alone is going to be staggering.  I also see the superior supplier discipline in OSB as giving better staying power to its rally, and the long permitting process means we have no new capacity incoming for years.

That's another reason I love Norbord... they return cash to shareholders.
