Severely Undervalued!

Long time lurker - first time poster...

Have been following this stock for quite some time, moving in and out over the past year. I believe there is great value here and was surprised by the underperformance today in comparison to other lumber peers.

Recently an RBC Report updates their projections for 2021E EBITDA - targeting $32M of EBITDA!! With a much improved balance sheet and trading at 2.2x 2021E EBITDA, you'd be hard pressed to find this kind of value anywhere else!!

It's a shame that the NCIB is only for 12k shares a day.. that will likely set a floor, but this stock will really move as they begin to execute and investors take notice!

I know I was certainly adding to my position today.

Relax..They have not bought any shares under NCIB and wont.  Many companies announce these buy backs and never buy a single share.   Western Forest Products is one example..

Wrong. Look at Raymond James on the tape. 12.5k each day and a 200k block trade. Buyback is here

Hey @ValueCap! How do you know they are doing buybacks with Raymond James? I see RJ buying and selling at the same time, like these 200k shares: 1.55 200000 Raymond James Ltd. Raymond James Ltd. 13:13:41 NEOATS What this about?

CFF does everything through Raymond James... haha

Nice, good call jumping into it.  I wouldn’t read too much into relative performance for some of the special situations -- being thinly traded is an adventure that will prompt outsized movement either way, often decoupled from the rest of the pack.  You'll see that in the sector with RYAM and now RFP and CFX.  Massive jumps up out of the blue as the reversion to the mean kicks ...more
