I went through q3 and from what I can tell this company is in no way cashflow positive even at current lumber prices and bleeds cash when lumber was cheaper???

They've restarted opertions on July 6, there is startup cost paid upfront. You should read Q3 transscript, I don't remeber details, but USD$350+ lumber is profitable for them.
