CEO Ken is selling shares again
I wonder why he has been selling shares so often when he apparently believes that the share price is not trading at its fair value. Weird to say the least...

Well, that's quite the conundrum. Whatever he's selling may stike some as being big money, but context matters. To be even remotely material in relation to his total ownership position he would need to be selling hundreds of thousands of shares -- he has somewhere in the ballpark of 2.4 million shares personally. Anything under a 500k volume is pretty inconsequential
