Forget Spot, Lumber Futures above $1,000 for 2021

The analysts are still forecasting the same "any day now" crash for lumber they were back when lumber was $750 per Mbf, and their earnings estimates reflect that.

The futures market says lumber > $1,000 per Mbf for the rest of 2021.

Reminds me of Copper or oil during their runs.

The price doesn't need to keep rising for CFF to keep rising, all it needs to do is not fall as fast as is being forecasted by the analysts, and its worth a lot more.

Especially when that cash windfall has fully eliminated all debt and reduced share count substantially.
