Shocked that this has remained at a significant discount to the $2.25 NCIB this morning.. investors can buy up the shares in the $1.90s and flip them at $2.25 - I'd take a guaranteed 15% return in this market!!

By the lattest major shareholders i could find,this is a tightly held company.The top 4 shareholder have about 43% of outstanding shares. I can only explain that the discount is based on perception that there will be more than 4m shares tendered. But in the long, this is a very good move from management.If lumber stay at healty level, buying way below book seems to make sense to me. Just bought
