Nov 10 CFW cliff-diving?

Can anyone rationalize the share price and IIROC halt today? The daily trading volumes on htis stock are miniscule for a company this size so hopefully this was just an anomaloy where people were selling at market and the buyers were lowballing it in successive small volume trades. This is bizarre while the rest of the O&G sector has been rallying for months.

Around noon today I was reading the halt & resumption news items and finding nothing in the way of an explanation. Then the news items disappeared altogether!?! Any ideas re. the price pull-back? Could it be related to the union contract? Just a revision to the mean? Or...? -TIA!

I believe it was a single sale of around 17000 shares at 4.60 that filled a bid at 4.60 .  Somewhat of a public transfer of shares that caused a signficant drop in price over a small volume of shares moving hands, like pre-orchestrated.  I was surprised that the stock was haulted though.. I believe the IIROC circuit breaker trips any time a stock drops >10% abruptly. With so few buyers and sellers all this one needed was a large sell at market order paired to a lowball buy order and then someone gets things at a ridiculous discount and makes it look like the sky is falling. In an inflationary market, oil should stay high so fingers are crossed.
